Northern Paradise - day3
How great a day is, when upon waking up you’ll get to plunge into the blue; and bask under the mighty sun’s heat.

Day three of my Bantayan escapade. Time to explore other resorts.

- Sta. Fe Beach Club Resort - http://www.stafebeach.com/

Finally, a photo with Poi. He doesn’t want to take photos since it was scorching hot but I insisted :))

I love the resort’s coastline. It has those fine white-sands and a wide coastline.
Next stop: Beach Placid - http://www.beachplacidresort.com/

It’s just a walking distance from Sta. Fe Beach Club.

Trivia: In Bantayan, they have heaps of motorcycle and bicycle for rent ;)

Obligatory group photo ;) Thanks to the rest-house’s care-taker for the tour and this photo even if it took us some time to hold this pose for you to click the shutter! :))
Last stop is a hidden paradise, “PARADISE”
You have to pass by here:

Before you can enjoy this:

This is my favorite site. It is secluded, only a few (i guess) knows where it is aside from the residents of course, the sand is very fine, it has a wide enough coastline and there’s a “rocky” part like that of what I call mini Palawan in Cebu.

I don’t care if i’m tan or even waaay darker unless I’m loving it and I enjoyed. Tans fade but memories don’t.

With Poi’s sexy mom~ Yes she wears sexy swim wears! AAAND she taught me how to pose, I have these “awkward” poses and she got those “model” poses. This wacky photo is an exemption, I told her “let’s do a wacky pose”. :))

Oh hello there handsome! ♥

Poi’s “candid” pose :)) NOT! spot meee!

I envy this guy here. He’s flying solo, arrived in a bike, he’s off for a dive, he shoots with his Olympus in and out of the water! Idunno his nationality, he’s handsome and he said hi and I replied! ;)

He also photographed this kind of jellyfish underwater! Yes, I held that cute jelly, it’s a non-stinging jellyfish so its ok. According to residents, you can even eat that fresh, just dip in vinegar.

But I’d rather eat and drink this fresh buko than eat the poor little jelly.

It’s getting darker so we head home already!
That’s day three of my escapade and I have heaps of photos! Happy :)
Northern Paradise - day2
Woke up to this! My breakfast buddy ;)

and specially this: my main-course meal

Oh I wish i’d have a house facing a lovely beach.

It’s time to let Aquamarine swim into the ocean and capture beauty underwater ;)
Oh I forgot; we were so excited to test this new toy that we were able to finish the 36film shots in a day with I-know-those-are-fail-photo shots since the waves were huge that time and the water isn’t that “crystal” clear and I only brought 1 film roll :(( FAIL!
Aquapix underwater lomo cam from piiq.us~ Thanks MelSy!

But that didn’t stop me from enjoying my short vacation. I’m such a happy-fool. Beaches are my happiness! :))

Giddy and excited to plunge into the blue waters of Sta. Fe ;)

It’s like mini Palawan in Cebu! oh and can you spot Poi’s head? :))

What I love about this place is that it’s a private resort, peaceful and relaxing! You can even sleep while floating. LOL JK :))

Or sleep in this “kawayan” bench for a short swim break.
Swim eat swim eat sleep. That’s life in bantayan! :))
//I have heaps of solo photos, since I hired a photographer just for this mini trip! LOL just kidding ;) Thanks to Poi’s younger sister for my photos!

Northern Paradise: Bantayan Island
May 25, 2012 - Friday
It was 7 am when I arrived at the Cebu North Bus Terminal and Poi’s family arrived ahead of me >.< Nevertheless I wasn’t late, the bus took off after 30minutes.
Air-conditioned bus fare costs 150.00php and 120.00php for students with valid student IDs.
Since the road was under construction, it took us roughly about three and a half hours till we reach this lovely place.

- Hagnaya Wharf, off to Bantayan Island.

After an hour of barge-ride, say hello to the paradise island of Bantayan. I was in awe as I walked down the port because of the crystal clear waters and fine white sand beaches. I’ve been to heaps of white-sand-beaches before but by the time we arrived it was just perfect since the weather cooperated too ;)

Since it was already an hour past 12nn when we arrived at the rest house, instant goodies were our lunch. Yes, lunch! Noodles and sliced bread.

Chill for a bit. Aaand…

…off to the beach! That’s just the first day ;)

Oh and here’s our dinner! Thanks chef Poi :))
