I was like on a hiatus. It was like a month since I last posted something in this account. Been really busy with school last march and busy at work after the semester was over. A LOOOOT had happened, some are worth keeping and some aren’t and I can’t put them all into words so i’ll just fill this post with photos. As they say, picture speaks a thousand words.

V-day

What really is Valentine’s day? If you google “valentine’s” you can find heaps of search results but to sum it all up it’s really St. Valentine’s day and a day for couples to express their love for each other and other whatnot. But isn’t it Valentine’s day everyday if it’s about expressing ones love? Plus it’s not just about couples, it’s about family and friends, to God, to everyone you love.

Yesterday, THE V-day, is just like a normal day for us (Poi & I - contrary to what we did last V-days [dinner dates 2yearsago family & ayearago friends]). He visited me at work, went home and had dinner with the kids, since parent’s had their dinner date at Shangrila Resort. We originally planned of having dinner at home, watch a movie after, crave for other delish food plus ice cream. But minutes after we arrived at home, lo and behold; the EPIC power outage for 2hours! Instead of watching a movie, we (the kids, 2 ates, Poi & I) had some scary-story-telling, riddle and facts guessing. It was fun though it was unplanned. The romantic V-day turned into a flash-lit dinner, horror story night. :)) And that’s why we don’t have photoos :( The kids won’t allow me to take photos since they’re too scared “something” might show up in them :))

To wrap it all up. Valentines 2012 - It was a good one, memorable. The day started out just right (as what I’ve tweeted), gave our (kids and I) gift to my cousins (kids parents), greeted my family and Poi, received love greetings from friends. And maybe a little bumpy ride in the afternoon but it all went to it’s original place afterwards.

I’m just really grateful and I feel blessed to have such wonderful family who supports me all the way and to have Poi with me. I can’t even explain how or why I am THAT blessed with him, i just feel so; I may be dumb and numb sometimes but I know it. Everyday is a new adventure for us, it may be like an action movie, horror, drama, comedy but it’s always a romantic-love-comedy at the end of the day. He’s beyond anything i have ever known. I am Blessed by having him & I couldn’t thank him enough.

I won’t give up on us

Even if the skies get rough

I’m giving you all my love

I’m still looking up

And when you’re needing your space

To do some navigating

I’ll be here patiently waiting

To see what you find

‘Cause even the stars they burn

Some even fall to the earth

We’ve got a lot to learn

God knows we’re worth it

No, I won’t give up

~this song reminds me of how strong he is and how he holds on despite of everything we’ve been through

Thank you sooo much love ♥

Sunday - It’s a date!

It was half past four in the afternoon when Poi & I met at SM and hurriedly went to “Logos Hope” - The Largest Floating Book Fair in the WORLD!

Logos Hope - Bringing knowledge, help & hope.

Upon entering, you have to pay 20php for the entrance fee and they gave us a guide(map).

And since it was their last day in Cebu, heaps of people grabbed the chance to visit Logos Hope up until the last few hours. -including us :))

History wall with Poi’s not-so-obligatory-pose. :))

Whoa! Wait~ they have a CASINO inside! No kidding! :))

Didn’t take much photos inside the book fair since it was tooo crowded; we weren’t even able to look for good books (there were heaps!) but Poi was able to find a cook book.

G’bye Logos Hope, ‘till next visit! Continue to spread the love, knowledge, help & hope throughout the world!

It was getting darker the moment we got out. Both of us were HUNGRY! Next stop was the Sto. Niño Basilica Church then off to Cybergate.

AND, FOOOOOD! Yep, that’s Poi excitedly opened and read his cook book. :))

It rained after, good thing my mother gave me an umbrella (it’s unusual for me to bring one) and as what Poi said; it was pretty romantic walking under the rain with one umbrella. LOL cheeesinesss! :))

Logos Hope next stop: Manila, Subic Bay then Indonesia or was it India? haha But I think ‘twas Indonesia. (We had a little chit-chat with one of the crew before entering :D)

02.10.12 - 41months and counting ;)
Poi visited me at the showroom and spent some quality time at home with the family after work. He watched “Two faces of my girlfriend” (Korean-romantic-comedy) and laughs boisterously while watching. :))

CAS in Transition

Do you know that kind of feeling that you can’t even explain? That feeling of being nervous or scared you might end up looking stupid in front of a huge crowd? Or that feeling of anger while waiting for someone who’s in-charge of your presentation and he came really late? Or you just can’t simply explain what you’re feeling at that moment when you’re about to deliver a speech in a hall filled with people you don’t even know (most of them) and you’re not even confident of the speech you made and had a limited time preparing for the said event?

THAT’s what I felt yesterday. All the Quake-Tsunami scare the day before didn’t really sink in me because of this. HAHA It all shows on my face. Nervous little me - first photo made me laugh though :))

It’s like a battle between Psychology and Information & Communication Technology majors :))

CONGRATULATIONS to the Psych major who won. She was REALLY GOOOOOOD. I admire her confidence. I forgot her name though ://

The Certificate without our names on it :))

It was quite an experience, good thing I was able to control my emotion and didn’t hyperventilate :)) If I did, it would be really scary, awkward and funny at the same time :)) LOL

Thanks Sir Julius for the opportunity :)
